FIELD CONSULTING SERVICES

NEED SOME HELP?

As a benefit of memebership, USA Swimming offers a variety of consulting services, aimed at helping our member clubs, Local Swimming Committees, coaches and facility professionals. Department experts are available to consult with clubs and LSCs via email, phone (719-866-4578), and on-site visits.

TYPES OF CONSULTING AVAILABLE

SPORT DEVELOPMENT

Sport Development Consultants provide guidance for coaches and LSC officers to gain professional management skills. Through discussions and/or formal presentations, consultants identify appropriate USA Swimming programming and resources, including board governance, Club Leadership/Business Management Schools, parent education and coach education. There is usually no fee for these consultation services.

SPORT PERFORMANCE

USA Swimming's Sport Performance Consultants connect coaches with ideas, research, and technology to help their swimmers go faster. Many nationally-recognized clubs have already taken advantage of these services. Sport Performance Consultants deliver these services to coaches and athletes through regional clinics and free individual club visits.
