Sport Performance Consultants
USA Swimming's Sport Performance Consultants connect coaches with ideas, research, and technology to help their swimmers go faster. Many nationally-recognized clubs have already taken advantage of these services. Sport Performance Consultants deliver services to coaches and athletes through regional clinics and free individual club visits.

NATIONAL TEAM COACHING PROGRAM
The coaches of National Team athletes and National Youth Team athletes are eligible to participate in National Team coaching programs and receive National Team coaching incentives if they meet the stated criteria.

DECK PASS
Deck Pass offers a number of features that allow USA Swimming coaches to connect and share. Coaches can access all their club information, including their club roster, season summary, IMX reports and club portal results. It's also a great motivational tool as coaches can award patches to their swimmers for their achievements like perfect attendance or an awesome practice.
