As the philanthropic arm of USA Swimming, the USA Swimming Foundation works to strengthen the sport from grassroots to gold medals. Whether we’re equipping our children with learn-to-swim skills, or providing financial support to our heroes on the U.S. National Team, the USA Swimming Foundation is dedicated to supporting the pursuit of excellence in our sport and aims to provide the wonderful experience of swimming to kids at all levels across the country.

The USA Swimming Foundation also serves as the home for our U.S. National and Olympic Team Alumni reunions and regional events.

 

We invite our friends and fans across the country to help us achieve our goals by getting involved as a donor, fundraiser, event attendee or volunteer.

SwimOutlet and Arena Partner With the USA Swimming Foundation

The USA Swimming Foundation has partnered with Arena and SwimOutlet.com in an effort to benefit the USA Swimming Foundation and its Make a Splash Local Partners by providing low-cost swimwear and equipment online with the aim of introducing more people to the sport.

Make a Splash promotes water safety with Cullen Jones

The Make a Splash Tour presented by Phillips 66 made a huge splash in New York City with the  launch of its 2013 tour May 16 - 18. 

 

With the summer swim season ready to launch into full swing, the media was all abuzz with spreading the message of keeping kids safe in and around the water. The Associated Press offered a look at the story of Olympic gold medalist Cullen Jones and his mission to spread the message of Make a Splash.

Saving lives through make a splash

In 2007, the USA Swimming Foundation launched Make a Splash—a national child-focused water safety initiative which aims to provide the opportunity for every child in America to learn to swim. The Foundation seeks to achieve this mission via a national awareness campaign, an affiliate coalition and a robust local partner program.

Building Champions

The sport of swimming provides its participants with the tools needed to become a champion in all aspects of life. The USA Swimming Foundation is dedicated to supporting the pursuit of excellence for swimmers at all levels across our sport, from age-group swimmers to U.S. Olympic hopefuls.
