Conference Cancellation Policy:
USA Swimming will refund the conference fee until March 9, 2017.
Packing Heat (And Cold)
Attire: It’s Colorado, so that means casual. It’s Colorado, so that also means it could be 75 or 17 degrees (and that’s just the conference room). Dress in layers and be prepared for anything!
2 Team T-Shirts: One you will wear for a group picture and the other is to trade with your fellow attendees.
Ok, it’s not college, no one will be watching over your shoulder, but to get the most of out of the conference, we strongly suggest the following:
- Set up a Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account BEFORE coming (it’s ok if it is personal or for your team). And try to remember your password!
- Bring your laptop, phone or tablet so you can put your new skills to practice, which is encouraged. Power supplies could be limited, so juice up.

A room block is available at the Colorado Springs Marriott. Room rates are $112 for April 6-14. Reservations must be made by March 8, 2017 for the special rate.

A few rooms will be available at the Olympic Training Center. If you're interested, please contact USA Swimming at email@example.com. Please know that you have to be a member of USA Swimming to stay at the Olympic Training Center.
An email will be sent to attendees regarding the a free shuttle service to pick you up from the Colorado Springs Airport. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to the Denver International Airport.

Tuesday, April 11 – Attendees will receive a brown bag lunch (assorted sandwiches, chips and cookie) to end the conference.
