| NCAA Div. I Times Searches |
USA Swimming and the NCAA have partnered to keep track of all Division I performance times. It is the meet host responsiblity to submit the results of the competition within 48 after the meet finishes. As soon as information is recieved it is processed and updated. The times appearing in these searches are considered official and eligiable for entry into the NCAA Division 1 championships. The old paper "POP" forms are no longer necessary.
Background about the "Top Times" search. This search allows you to view times nationally, by conference, or by specified team. You can view all times or select a specific event. You must decide if you want to view individual or relay times. You can also select a specfic gender or view all. An output file in either pdf or html is possible.
Backgound about the "Event Rank" search.This search allows you to view times for a specific event (individual or relay). To the far right you can select the view meet results. This will generate a pdf of all the results processed at that specific meet.
Background about the "Individual Times" search. This search allows you to view times for a specific Individual. To the far right you can select the view meet results. This will generate a pdf of all the results processed at that specific meet.

The On-Line meet entry system will be turned on for both the women's and men's meets starting Febuary 15th. The women's meet will close on March 3rd (at midnight mountain). NCAA Top Times Information |  | | Welcome to the NCAA Division I Top Times reporting application. Please be understanding as we get things started in keeping these lists of times. Information will be added to the database every day. The rankings are updated as we get results processed. The individual times are in pretty good shape. The relays and relay leadoffs we are working on getting entered. We will be adding more search features and new applications for the NCAA over the season.
Only times on these lists will be eligible for the NCAA Championsips! If you have any questions please email ncaa@usaswimming.org.
For submitting results please use the following steps to create the format we need:
To create the Export SDIF or Cl2 file from Meet Manager:
Using the Swmmbkup file produced by MM which you have saved to a folder or your desktop,
- Go to File Restore
- Click the button "Unzip, copy database to a selected folder and open this database".
- Click OK
- Locate the back up file, copy to a folder (swmeets). Click Ok. Click Ok.
- Once it's saved and open in your MM database (across the top bar), go to
- File Export and choose "Results for TM or SWIMS" (old MM 1.0 uses "Save for OVC").
- Click OK and OK.
- Copy the meet results file to a folder you choose.
Use your email and attach the meet results file to the email and send to ncaa@usaswimming.org

09-10 USA Swimming observed meets |  | | **** Just because all NCAA Div. I meets are being uploaded into "SWIMS" doesn't mean that these times will count for USA Swimming purposes. All NCAA competitions still need to apply to have their meets observed for USA Swimming purposes. To find a list of meets that have applied to be observed please click on this link (11/20/2009)
