Field Services and Consultations

The Club Development Division offers a variety of field services to USA Swimming member clubs.  Department experts are available to consult with clubs and LSCs via email, phone (719-866-4578), and on-site visits.

Recognition and Incentive Programs

USA Swimming offers a variety of programs to member clubs. These programs have been created to enhance, encourage, recognize and reward member clubs. The programs are:

2009 Diversity Summit: November 12-15, 2009

USA Swimming is committed to increasing the multicultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic diversity of the sport to achieve and foster an inclusive swimming environment that fosters the growth of swimming at all levels.

The focus of this year’s Diversity Summit will be on constructive ways to impact diversity efforts in the LSC. Participants will hear from outside speakers and share ideas already implemented in several LSCs. They will be asked to develop meaningful plans for their LSCs.

Governance Education

The Club Leadership and Business Management School (CLBMS) is designed to teach swim clubs how to run like a business.

Fundraising Assistance

Swim-a-Thonâ is the trademarked fundraiser of USA Swimming. Participants earn money for their team by swimming lengths of the pool.
