The Coach Owned Club

Many successful competitive swimming programs in the United States are coach or privately owned. This section will outline the process for creating a coach owned program and give guidance on the many considerations of owning a private business.

Remember to look in the Club Operations section for topics that apply to all clubs, regardless of goverance structure.

Getting Started
