USA Swimming has taken a pro-active approach to develop the necessary in-house resources to facilitate aquatic development. Our goal is to provide our members and the general public with access to safe, pleasant and functional aquatic environments. Initial consultation is free, but we ask you to provide some information to get started.
There are two forms for you to choose from:
- If you are thinking about building a new facility, fill out the Preliminary Facility Inquiry form.
- If you are having a problem with your current facility such as air or water quality issues, USA Swimming's experts may be able to help. Fill out the "I have a problem with my pool" form.
Once you click on "Submit" at the end of each form your answers will automatically be sent to USA Swimming's Facility Department.
