USA Swimming will not ship to a PO Box. Shipping is via UPS.
Shipments to Hawaii, International, APO and FPO address will incur an additional shipping and handling charge.
UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed in all delivery areas to include Alaska and Hawaii.
Canadian customers will be billed directly for Canadian UPS duty fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for orders over $20.00.
The UPS package guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are affected by weather.
USA Swimming will not issue refunds for delayed delivery of orders due to weather conditions. Orders will be shipped as they were originally directed by the customer.

USA Swimming does not accept purchase orders or send invoices for orders.
All orders are processed in the next 24 business hour period (Monday through Friday).
For international or overseas military orders, please email us at orders@usaswimming.org. Please allow 24 business hours (Monday through Friday) for a response.
Office hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm MST
Confirmation emails are sent after an order is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order did not go through. Please try again.
If you control spam, you will need to add webmaster@usaswimming.org to your approved list or you will not receive your order confirmation or any other emails regarding your order.
