SPARE TIME AQUATICS SACRAMENTO (STAS) is a year-round swimming team based out of five Spare Time Sports Clubs around greater Sacramento, California. Practice site include the Rio del Oro Racquet Club, Laguna Creek Racquet Club, Gold River Racquet Club, Broadstone Racquet Club, and the Johnson Ranch Club. We believe that the key to swimming fast is hard training, maximum practice attendance, individualized stroke technique, low swimmer to coach ratio, and a high level of coaching.
