USA Swimming’s Splash Magazine wants to publish your photos. This month, we’re looking for swimming-related photos that best fit the theme “Working or Training Hard.” The best submission will be published in the May-June issue of Splash Magazine. Other worthy photos will be published in a SwimCam Gallery right here on usaswimming.org.
Want to enter a photo? Here are the rules:
1. Limit one photograph submission per person. One or two images will be published in Splash Magazine. Additional images will be chosen for publication online at usaswimming.org.
2. Photograph submissions must be in JPEG format, 300 dpi or greater, and no greater than 2 megabytes in size. Please provide only the original, unmodified digital camera image.
3. By submitting a photograph for consideration, you warrant and represent that the photograph you submit is your own original work, that you alone own copyright, that it is an authentic and accurate depiction of the subject matter presented, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph; and you grant to USA Swimming a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute and reproduce the photograph, in whole or in part, in any medium now existing or subsequently developed for editorial purposes without further review or participation from you.
4. USA Swimming retains full editorial control over the selection of, and the decision not to select, any particular photograph for publication.
Send all submissions to splash@usaswimming.org. Please include a caption and the photographer's name. Only the photographer may submit an entry. Deadline for this month’s photo is Friday, April 13.
