Have you attempted to do a back to breast turn that ends in failure? Follow these five simple steps to learn how to improve your IM transition:

  1. Aim for the middle of the touch pad with your top arm.
  2. Push your top arm backwards while tucking your chin forward.
  3. Somersault on your side.
  4. Place your feet in the middle of the touch pad and your arms in streamline.
  5. Push off on your side in a tight streamline.
