Lessons from the Masters: Allison Schmitt and the 200 Free
After making the Olympic team fresh out of high school in 2008, Allison Schmitt shocked the world in her second Olympics with a stunning performance last summer in London. Schmitt brought home five medals, including individual gold in the women’s 200m freestyle, gold in the 400m medley relay and 400m freestyle relay, silver in the 400m freestyle and bronze in the 400m freestyle relay.
