Speedo & USA Swimming Extend Partnership
USA Swimming and Speedo USA have announced an extension of their sponsorship agreement.
The partnership extends one of the longest-running sponsorships in sports that began in 1985. Speedo will
remain an Official Sponsor of USA Swimming and the exclusive sponsor of the Speedo Junior Nationals and Speedo Champions Series through 2020.
“USA Swimming’s relationship with Speedo USA is a vital part to our organization,” said Matt Farrell, USA Swimming Chief Marketing Officer. “Their support has been invaluable to our organization since its inception and we look forward to our continuing our relationship well into the future.”
Speedo will also continue to be a non-exclusive sponsor in the Technical Products (swimsuit, swim caps and goggles) category and the Performance Apparel categories.
The SwimToday campaign – a “grow the sport” campaign launched in 2012 – was built upon USA Swimming and Speedo’s shared mission to inspire people to swim and drive participation in the sport of swimming. A SwimToday.org site was created to provide the tools and resources to get individuals of all ages the information they need to start swimming or stay active in the sport. Speedo and USA Swimming will continue to work on this campaign, along with other industry partners.

We’re excited to continue the partnership with Speedo and we are confident that our combined efforts can continue to grow the sport here in the U.S.”
