Olympic Gold Medalist Cullen Jones to Speak at 2013 Feast Conference
U.S. Olympic gold medalist Cullen Jones (Irvington, N.J.) will be one of the featured speakers at the 2013 Feast Conference this week in New York. Jones will speak on Thursday about his lifelong dedication to water safety.
Jones is a prominent figure in teaching the life-saving skill, becoming an ambassador of the USA Swimming Foundation’s Make a Splash initiative. The two-time Olympian nearly drowned when he was 5 at an amusement park and has used this near-tragedy to teach the importance of water safety.
The Feast Conference gathers remarkable entrepreneurs, radicals, doers and thinkers who are revolutionizing the way things work for the betterment of humanity. The conference draws the best from across multiple disciplines to share perspectives, tools, challenges and models for changing the world in new ways.
