Colorado Springs, Colo. – Daily ticket packages are on sale now for the Phillips 66 National Championships taking place at the Avery Aquatic Center in Stanford, Calif., from July 31 - August 4. The event will feature over 1,200 athletes in the biggest domestic swimming event ahead of the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming, which begins June 21, 2020 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Tickets are can be purchased at

Junior Pan Pacific Championships gold medalist and U.S. National Team athlete, Alex Walsh leads the way having qualified for 16 events. Fellow National Junior Teamer Carson Foster sits atop male competitors, having qualified for 15 events. Among those eligible for double digit-showings are National Team athletes Ella Eastin (12), Andrew Seliskar (12), Brooke Forde (11) and Michael Andrew (10).

In 2018, the event saw two notable records broken, as Olympian Kathleen Baker’s 58.00 performance in the 100m backstroke etched her name into the world record book while three-time Olympic gold medalist Ryan Murphy’s 24.24 mark in the 50m backstroke nabbed him the American record. This year’s event will be sure to feature some fireworks in the pool, and potentially make new additions to the American-record list.

Heats begin every day at 9 a.m. PDT, with finals slated for 5 p.m. PDT. There will be 35 events across the five-day championships, all of which can be seen on, NBC, NBCSN and the Olympic Channel. Official broadcast details to be confirmed.

The event adds to an already-exciting month of July that features the World University Games and the FINA World Championships and precedes the Pan American Games and the World Junior Championships in August. All five competitions are poised to feature 2020 hopefuls and are great opportunities to qualify for the 2020 Trials.

The host venue, Avery Aquatic Center, is the home of all Stanford aquatic teams. Widely regarded as one of the finest outdoor swimming and diving venues in the nation, the facility has been hosting the Stanford synchronized swimming, water polo and swimming & diving programs since its opening in 2001.
