Building Connections- How to Build Team Trust- It All Starts with You!
Led by:
Celia Slater- CEO & Chief Visionary of True North Sports

In this session, Celia talks about the key elements of BRAVING to create a culture of team trust. Team trust issues can be one of the main factors as to why teams fail. Addressing these elements early and often can help move your team and staff towards a successful season.

Dryland Mini-Series- Age Group Pt. 2

Led by: Keenan Robinson, USA Swimming Director of Sports Medicine & Science

Keenan covers workouts related to walking, jumping, hopping, leaping, galloping, skipping. These movements can be achieved with games and should be used in dryland programming to create a foundation for future athletic development.  

 

Dryland Mini-Series- Senior Pt. 2

Led by: Keenan Robinson, USA Swimming Director of Sports Medicine & Science

Keenan covers jumping exercises, such as box jumps and depth jobs, which can be used to get stronger and build power. Also, incorporating throwing exercises into dryland workouts can increase an athlete’s core and upper body strength, which can easily transfer into the water.
