Billy Doughty

Chair, National Team Steering Committee

Billy Doughty is the CEO and Head Coach of DART Swimming in Sacramento, California, where he transformed the organization into a multi-million-dollar aquatics entity. Under his guidance, DART has produced multiple Junior National Team and National Team athletes, including a Paris Olympian.

He has also held key governance roles at the LSC and national levels, including service on the Senior Development Committee, and was appointed Head Men’s Coach for the 2019 World Junior Championships in Budapest.

Billy serves on the Board of Directors through his role as the Chair of the National Team Steering Committee.
