Katie Meili

Team USA Athletes’ Commission Representative

Katie Meili is a two-time Olympic medalist who graduated from Columbia University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a concentration in Art History. Katie also graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020 and clerked for the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

In her swimming career, Katie represented the US at the 2015 Pan American Games, 2016 Olympic Games, and 2017 World Championships.

Katie is an associate at the law firm Jones Day in Dallas, TX. She has served on the Board of Directors since 2020 and additionally acts as Chair of the USA Swimming Ethics Committee since 2022. She has also participated on multiple Task Forces, including the National Team Director Search Task Force.
