Jake Grosser leads the Marketing and Communications Business Units, primarily focusing on increasing public engagement with swimming and advancing the sport through innovative digital strategies. His teams are responsible for Digital Marketing, Front End Development, Creative & Productions, Social Media, Digital Platforms, Tickets, and Media. Grosser joined the organization in 2014 from IMG-WME where he worked as an Account Executive consulting on Olympic and college football sponsorship portfolios for corporate clients such as Marriott, Allstate, and DeVry University.
Grosser spent years volunteering in the sport before joining the staff. He served as an athlete representative for the Illinois LSC and Central Zone and as a member of the Athletes Executive Committee, Rules & Regulations Committee, and the National Board of Review.
Grosser grew up swimming for St. Charles Swim Team (SCST) in the Illinois LSC. He went on to swim collegiately for the University of Southern California and Northwestern University. He resides in Colorado Springs with his wife, Jacqy, and their two children, Henry and Ana.
