Kelsi Dahlia, a proud wife to Thomas and mom of daughter Zia, joins the USA Swimming Foundation as an Ambassador, bringing with her an inspiring legacy in and out of the pool. A 2016 Olympian and gold medalist in the 4x100m medley relay at the Rio Games, Dahlia is one of the most decorated swimmers in American history.
As a star student-athlete from the University of Louisville where she earned a degree in exercise science, Dahlia became the first woman ever to break 50 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly. Additionally, she is a 15-time international medalist (11g, 3s, 1b), four-time national champion, and 10-time NCAA medalist.
The former world, American, and NCAA record holder is also a Honda Sports Award recipient and previously served as the associate coach at Notre Dame. She is currently continuing to shape the next generation of athletes through clinics and is enjoying spending extra time with her family.
