Eric Skufca leads the Financial Business Units of USA Swimming and the USA Swimming Foundation, which encompass Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Compliance, Treasury, Purchasing, and Travel.  Eric came to One Olympic Plaza in December 2018 from Kroenke Sports & Entertainment where he held leadership positions as Financial Controller and Internal Audit Manager, overseeing general ledger and financial reporting as well as the audit and analysis teams.  Previously, Eric was a Senior Audit Accountant at Deloitte, serving both public and private clients within the manufacturing, energy, financial services, and hospitality industries. 

Eric is a Certified Public Accountant with his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado, where he was a left-handed pitcher on the varsity baseball team.  A Colorado native, Eric currently resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Brittany and two young sons.
