USA Swimming Awards 19 LSC Select Camp Grants

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. - USA Swimming today announced 19 Local Swimming Committees (LSC) were awarded $80,600 in LSC Select Camp Grants. In a continued effort to provide resources for more locally driven efforts, these grants allow age-group athletes an increased opportunity to attend a camp while not requiring them to travel too far from home.
The 2021 LSC Select Camp Grants were awarded to both zone and national-level camps. The mission of the LSC Select Camp program is to provide USA Swimming members with an exciting camp experience which fosters the love of swimming from the grassroots to the national level. The objectives of this program are to motivate and educate those swimmers participating in the camps. Specifically, to:
