USA Swimming, the National Governing Body of the sport of swimming in the United States, today announced its 2024-2025 U.S. National Team presented by Toyota. The roster is comprised of 106 swimmers from across the nation, based on results from the Paris Olympic Games 2024 and times from January 1, 2024 through August 24, 2024.

“As we start the LA 2028 quad, we are thrilled to announce a roster of athletes who genuinely embody the best aspects of our sport,” said USA Swimming Interim Chief Executive Officer Shana Ferguson. “This team features a strong mix of veteran presence and emerging talent certain to showcase their USA Swimming club teams and universities at the highest levels of international competition.”

Katie Ledecky (Bethesda, Maryland/Gator Swim Club) and Ashley (Twichell) Wall (Fayetteville, N.Y./TAC Titans) both qualify for their 13th U.S. National Team roster, surpassing Allison Schmitt and Olivia Smoliga for the most National Team selections by a woman. Ryan Murphy (Ponte Vedra Beach, Calif./California Aquatics) and Chase Kalisz (Baltimore, Md./Longhorn Aquatics) also qualify for their 13th U.S. National Team.

Twenty-one athletes make their USA Swimming National Team debut, headlined by Paris Olympians Luke Whitlock (Noblesville, Ind./Fishers Area Swimming Tigers) and Keaton Jones (Gilbert, Ariz./California Aquatics), as well as 2024 Junior Pan Pacific Championships standouts Audrey Derivaux (Haddonfield, N.J./Jersey Wahoos) and Rylee Erisman (Windermere, Fla./Laker Swim).

The full roster features 106 athletes from 33 states and 24 universities. Texas is the most-represented state (9), and the University of Texas is the most-represented university (14).
