One hundred and four up-and-coming athletes have been selected for USA Swimming’s 2025 National Select Camp, to be held at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. USA Swimming welcomes the boys camp this weekend (October 9-12) and looks forward to the girls camp October 23-26. Join us in celebrating the accomplishments of all these athletes and view the rosters here (girls | boys).

The 2025 camp holds special meaning as it is dedicated to Grant Freeze, a member of this year's selected class whose life was tragically cut short in a recent accident. The camp is dedicated to celebrating his memory and the impact he made within the swimming community, including his attendance at a prior Zone Select Camp.

During the three-day camps, the 51 boys and 52 girls will experience the day-to-day routine of a National Team athlete, including accommodation at the Training Center. In addition to on-site training, swimmers will learn about post-race recovery, drug and supplement rules, psychological training skills, Safe Sport, nutrition, race strategy, and other relevant topics. Numerous National Team athletes and Olympians have previously attended the National Select Camps, including Michael Andrew, Bobby Finke, Carson Foster, Katie Ledecky, Lilly King, and Gretchen Walsh.

“We are thrilled to welcome the 2025 National Select Camp athletes and their coaches to the Olympic and Paralympic Training Center,” said Managing Director of Sport Development, Joel Shinofield. “As LA 2028 draws closer, this group represents the next wave of athletes striving toward the Olympic dream.”

The camp includes a home coach track for athlete coaches. Eligible coaches can accompany their athlete(s) to the camp, take advantage of educational opportunities, connect with USA Swimming staff, and network with other coaches from across the country.

“The home coaches track continues to be an invaluable opportunity for learning, growth, and building a network of fellow coaches and USA Swimming Staff,” continued Shinofield. “Behind every great swimmer is a dedicated coach helping to shape their journey.”

This year, the Southern Zone is sending 42 athletes to the camps, the highest number of any zone and five more than last year. North Carolina Swimming is sending the highest number of athletes with a total of 11. SwimMAC Carolina ranks highest amongst individual clubs, with a total of six athletes, followed by Long Island Aquatic Club with three. There are 13 additional clubs who have two qualified athletes:
