Coaches’ Leadership Summit Applications Now Open

Applications for the Coaches’ Leadership Summit are now open through August 16. The program, created in 2022 as an expansion of the Women’s Leadership Summit, gives participants the opportunity to develop their leadership skills on and off the deck. This year’s theme, Leading Through Change, will focus on coaches expecting or currently experiencing a change within their organization or role. Coaches can apply here.
The summit is limited to 40 participants and attendees must meet the following requirements:
Scholarships are available for four participants and are intended to help deserving applicants participate in the summit at little to no cost. The deadline for applications is August 16 and individuals who receive scholarships will be notified by the end of August. Applicants can apply for a scholarship in the general application here.

- USA Swimming coach member in good standing with a minimum of four years experience;
- Work with a community of people striving to improve their leadership skills;
- Willing to be vulnerable and open to receiving and giving kind, specific and helpful feedback;
- Comfortable participating in outdoor activities in a natural mountain setting;
- Be 18 years old or older; and
- Expecting to or currently experiencing a change within their organization or role.
- October 18, 1 p.m. ET (Zoom)
- November 1, 1 p.m. ET (Zoom)
- November 17-19 (In-Person)
- November 29, 1 p.m. ET (Zoom)
