Vice Chair Fiscal Oversight

Kenneth is a retired Executive Vice President of Commercial Insurance at Chubb Group, bringing over 40 years of global leadership experience in business management and talent development across Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Kenneth became engaged in swimming as a volunteer over 19 years ago. Kenneth has served in New England and North Texas, in various officiating capacities, from stroke & turn, admin, to meet referee. Kenneth has worked on National decks and frequently works BB& under meets to help support developing swimmers. Kenneth also served as the D&I chair and Officials Chair for North Texas LSC.

Kenneth graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a PhD in Organization Development, Change, and Effectiveness from Sacred Heart University. He is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
