Paula D’Amico is USA Swimming’s Executive Administrative Assistant and VIP Hospitality Coordinator. She has served in this role since January 2017.

She provides administrative and clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer and Strategy Team, assists with travel logistics and event planning, provides administrative and logistical support for the Board of Directors and assists with committee work, including plans and preparations for meetings and minute taking.

Previously, she was an Administrative Assistant with USA Swimming’s Executive Decision, supporting Legal Affairs, Safe Sport and Risk Management. She joined the National Governing Body in August 2015.

D’Amico was an Academic Advisor at University of Colorado Colorado Springs’ Student Success Center from July 2012-August 2015. She also spent three years (August 2009-May 2012) in academics at University of South Florida. From April 2006-June 2009, she was a member of Columbus Clippers Baseball Team front office staff as an administrative assistant and then as assistant director of sales.

D’Amico earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State and a master’s degree from South Florida.
