JANE GROSSER

Senior Advisor, Western Zone

Jane Grosser has been named Senior Advisor, Team Services. She came to USA Swimming in 2017 and has served in a variety of roles servicing LSCs throughout her career. As a volunteer with the organization, Grosser served on several National committees and as a Manager for Camps and Competitions (Zone/National Level) from 1990-2009. She later served as an LSC Governance Consultant from 2013-2017, then as the LSC Services Senior Manager from 2017-2021.

A swim parent, coach and former NCAA Division I swimmer herself, Grosser served as a head coach/head age group coach from 1983-1992, then became a USA Swimming/Illinois Swimming volunteer (AG, SR, General Chair) from 1985-2013. She has also been active as a Presenter at USA Swimming Swimposiums since 1994.
