Kelcie O'Donnell

Development Specialist

Kelcie O’Donnell transitioned to the USA Swimming Foundation in October of 2023, after completing over eight years with USA Swimming in both the National Team and Partnership Marketing divisions. In her current role as Development Specialist, Kelcie is responsible for the management and promotion of the Swim-A-Thon fundraising program, collaborating with the Foundation’s Charitable Partners, execution of the annual Golden Goggles Auction and supporting Foundation events and programming.

Having started in swim lessons at 6 months old and eventually teaching lessons, swimming was one of many recreational sports that Kelcie participated in throughout her childhood. With a family tradition of working in recreation, she pursued her degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion and Recreation. Eventually working at her childhood recreation center where she was responsible for adult sports programming, community education classes, outdoor education opportunities, summer long day camps and a part of the special events team.

With previous experience working at the legendary destination resort, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Kelcie brings a background in hospitality and event planning with her to the Foundation team.

Originally from Colorado Springs, Kelcie is an avid reader, music lover and social butterfly.
