Nick Gold

Manager, Donor Relations

Nick Gold joined the USA Swimming Foundation staff in March 2021, shortly after completing a year-long internship in USA Swimming’s Sport Development Department.

In his role as the Manager, Donor Relations, Gold oversees all Foundation activities related to stewardship and events. Whether at major events like Olympic Trials and Golden Goggles or at ancillary events like donor happy hours and meet and greets, Gold is responsible for the overall presence of the Foundation. Gold is also responsible for the Foundation’s communications plan and is the logistics lead for the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Previously, Gold worked in the athletics ticketing office at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and with the Atlantic Coast Conference in Greensboro, North Carolina. Gold also interned in the Special Events Department at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Gold earned his bachelor's degree from Syracuse in 2019.
