NCAA Information

OVERVIEW

USA Swimming and the NCAA have partnered to keep track of all Division I, II, & III performance times. By utilizing USA Swimming’s SWIMS database, which records times for USAS members, college coaches and swimmers are now able to search for their best times, event rank within the NCAA and even look up team rosters. Included below are some important documents for your information.

RESULTS PROCEDURES

HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

It will be the responsibility of the meet host and/or head coach from each competing team to submit meet results on their Team Meet page in the new database. Teams may have their times nullified if their meet results are not uploaded directly to their Team Meet page within the 72-hour period. Coaches will have 48 hours to contest any times.

The times appearing in these searches are considered official and eligible for entry into the NCAA Championships. Intermediate splits (ex:1000 from a 1650) are entered by sending a request to ncaa@usaswimming.org with the details of the swim and a link to the results included. The request for intermediate splits MUST be submitted within 72 hours after the meet has ended.
