Coaches named for the FINA World Championships, World University Games and Pan American Games
Colorado Springs, Colo. – In its last summer of international competition before the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, USA Swimming has announced its coaching staffs for the 2019 FINA World Championships, World University Games and Pan American Games. National Team Managing Director Lindsay Mintenko appointed 22 of the country’s top coaches to lead the three U.S. international teams.
“We are fortunate to have excellent collegiate and club coaches in this country and proud of the men and women who will play a big part in our overall positive culture and success this summer,” Mintenko said. “Not only do these international competitions help refine and prepare the U.S.’s top swimmers, but they allow us to provide valuable leadership and development opportunities for our national coaches.”
