Following the House of Delegates’ decision to vote R9 (the legislative proposal related to the recomposition of the HOD) down on June 30, a new 15-member working group has been formed to put forward a new proposal to bring the House of Delegates into compliance with the USOPC Bylaws and Federal Law.

The working group is composed of five athlete members, five coach members, and five official/volunteer members. Please see below the members of the working group.
