Dressel, Finke, Ledecky All Add to Win Totals for 2024 Club Excellence Challenge Series

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – On the third night of the 2024 Club Excellence Challenge, U.S. National Team veterans Katie Ledecky (Bethesda, Md./Gator Swim Club), Bobby Finke (Clearwater, Fla./Gator Swim Club), and Caeleb Dressel (Green Cove Springs, Fla./Gator Swim Club) all added to their win totals for the week. U.S. National Team teammates Ryan Murphy (Ponte Vedra Beach, Calif./California Aquatics) and Emma Weyant (Sarasota, Fla./Gator Swim Club) also claimed victories with new personal bests for the 2023-2024 season.
Women’s 200m Freestyle – FINAL
1 – Katie Ledecky (Bethesda, Md./Gator Swim Club), 1:55.71
2 – Erin Gemmell (Potomac, Md./Nation’s Capital Swim Club), 1:57.51
3 – Aurora Roghair (Iowa City, Iowa/Unattached), 1:58.11
Race Notes:
• Ledecky is competing in Atlanta, Gemmell is competing in Austin, and Roghair is competing in Irvine.
• Gemmell’s time is her best for this season.
• Roghair’s time is a new lifetime best and is the first time in her career breaking 1:59.
Men’s 200m Freestyle – FINAL

• This marks Murphy’s season-best time. He joins Aikins and Keaton Jones as the only Americans to go sub-1:57 this season.
