Olympic Trials Schedule Preview: June 19

The USA Swimming Foundation is excited to host the "Impacting Communities" Night at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming. June 19 will be the second of three USA Swimming Foundation-themed nights during the Olympic Trials, highlighting our mission of Saving Lives, Impacting Communities, and Building Champions.
9 a.m. - Toyota Aqua Zone Retail Open
- Stop by the Aqua Zone at the Indiana Convention Center and visit the retail superstore to pick up limited edition event merchandise.
10 a.m. - Lucas Oil Stadium Doors Open for Prelims
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Prelims
- Order of Events: W 200 Breaststroke, M 200 Backstroke, W 200 Butterfly
1- 7 p.m. - Toyota Aqua Zone Activations Open | Free to Attend
- Come visit the Aqua Zone between sessions to participate in sponsor activations, get athlete autographs, and more!
- Autographs: 1-2 p.m. Jason Lezak, 4-5 p.m. Cullen Jones, 5-6 p.m. Natalie Hinds and Maritza McClendon*
- Content Lounge: Join former national team member, Micha Shaw, from 1-2 p.m. for a guided mindfulness meditation specifically designed for swimmers. Learn how mindfulness can help you achieve laser focus in the pool, manage pre-race jitters, and recover faster between heats. Open to athletes, coaches, and spectators on a first come first serve basis. No experience necessary. Q&A to follow! Then be sure to stick around as 5x Olympian Brett Hawke records his podcast from 2-4 p.m.
1 - 7 p.m. - USA Swimming Live Presented by Purdue University| Free to Attend
- Find your way to Georgia Street and visit the “Swim Up” Bar for refreshments, check out incredible art displays, and stop for multiple photo opportunities with the giant goggles, All Lanes Lead to Indy splash, and the 66ft replica Eiffel Tower.
- Join us for Breathwork with Preciss Stone at 8 a.m. at the Eiffel Towel!
- Catch DJ Lockstar from 2:00-4:00 p.m. followed by Keith Beatty at 4:30 p.m.. Cullen Jones and Howard University coach Nic Askew join The Ready Room Show from 5:00-5:30 p.m.
5:30 - 7 p.m. - Brittney Spencer at OneAmerica Financial Concert Series
- Head over to the OneAmerica Financial Stage for a free concert!
6:30 p.m. - Lucas Oil Stadium Doors Open for Finals
7:15 p.m. - Pre-Show
- Join Olympic Gold Medalists Brendan Hansen and Kaitlin Sandeno for an entertaining pre-show before finals.
8 – 10 p.m. - Finals | Impacting Communities Night
- Giveaway: The first 4,000 fans will receive a pom pom courtesy of Sigma Gamma Rho!
- Order of Events: W 100 Freestyle Final, M 200 Butterfly Final, W 200 Butterfly Semi, W 1500 Freestyle Final, M 200 Backstroke Semi, W 200 Breaststroke Semi, M 200 Breaststroke Final, M 100 Freestyle Final
- What to Watch For: Come cheer on Thomas Heilman, who will be just 17 years old, and emerging star Carson Foster in the 200M butterfly as they look to make their FIRST U.S. Olympic team.
