USA Swimming Announces Partnership with IMG Academy, NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits
by USA Swimming
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Swimming today announced a new partnership with IMG Academy, NCSA College Recruiting, and SportsRecruits to provide swimmers, families, and coaches with additional resources to navigate the college recruiting process and support student-athlete development.
Through the partnership, USA Swimming members will have access to recruiting education, technology, and support from NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits, including activations at select USA Swimming events and specialized educational programming through virtual and onsite seminars and workshops.
USA Swimming members will also receive a three-month free trial of IMG Academy+, IMG Academy’s online performance and personal development platform. IMG Academy+ provides student-athletes with resources focused on mental performance, nutrition, leadership, and personal development.
“Helping athletes and families navigate the college recruitment process is an important part of supporting swimmers beyond their time in the pool,” said Jake Grosser, Chief Operating Officer of USA Swimming. “This partnership gives our members access to trusted resources, education, and technology that can make that process easier to understand and navigate, while creating additional opportunities for athletes at every stage of their development.”
The partnership also features an annual recipient of the All In Award, which will recognize the commitment, dedication, and holistic development of student-athletes within the USA Swimming community.
“Student-athletes and their families are looking for trusted resources to help them navigate the college recruiting process and prepare for success beyond the pool,” said Chris Meade, Executive Vice President of IMG Academy's Online Partnerships. “Through this new partnership, NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits will provide USA Swimming members with recruiting education, technology, and support, while IMG Academy+ offers additional resources focused on mental performance, nutrition, leadership, and personal development. As we continue to build our on-campus swimming experience, including the development of our new Aquatic Center, we are excited to support student-athletes through opportunities both online and on campus.”
The partnership builds on IMG Academy’s continued investment in swimming, including the development of a new Olympic-caliber aquatic center at its Bradenton, Fla. campus. The facility is expected to open in March 2027.
USA Swimming will share additional information about member resources, educational opportunities, and programming available through the partnership with the USA Swimming community.
