800-Meter Freestyle Kicks Off TYR Pro Swim Series Sacramento
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Night one of the TYR Pro Swim Series Sacramento at the North Natomas Aquatic Center showcased the women’s and men’s 800-meter freestyle. Ella Dyson (High Wycombe, Texas/Rice Aquatics) placed third in the women’s event with a time of 8:51.23 and Alec Enyeart (Kansas City, Mo./Tsunami Swim Team of K.C.) placed second in the men’s event going 7:54.38.
Tomorrow’s action includes the women’s and men’s 200m freestyle, 100m breaststroke, 50m backstroke, 100m butterfly, and the 400m individual medley.

Competition continues through Saturday at the North Natomas Aquatic Center. Prelims begin at 9 a.m. PT, while finals start at 5 p.m. PT.
